With the background, the global heat pump market has seen rapid growth, driven by supportive government policies, rising energy costs, and growing awareness of climate change. In 2024 alone, the European Heat Pump Association reported a 40% increase in installations compared to the previous year.

The thermostat plays an extreme important role for this new energy system and E-Top has been researching and delivered the all-in-one solutions for different heat pump manufacturers and Axen is one project we’re proud to share.

With an intuitive 7” screen  , our heat pump thermostat will show the real-time Axen heat pump’s inlet& outlet water, target temperature, outdoor temperature, hot water temperature, target hot water temperature, water flow volume, pump status, solar pump status, frost status and so on.

Besides the display data, the thermostat can be switched to the Control Mode which is easily to set the On/off, Eco mode, heating mode water temperature, cooling mode water temperature etc..

Except the Modbus interface connected to the heat pump control Modbus, we’re also offering the extended interface for the underfloor heating plus the fan coil controls. Seeing below picture,the thermostat will be connected to the 16 zones underfloor heating controller which manages the hydronic floor heating for multi-rooms.  In addition, the on-wall thermostats also gives convenient 3 speeds or 0-10V control to the fan coil valve and fans.

This integral solution is a typic solution we’re giving to the growing heat pump manufacturers. We’re also happy to offer more customized solution e.g. the radiator thermostat (TRV) integration and more.
