About customization
Depending the requirement, E-Top is focused in providing the multiple thermostat OEM or ODM services to the global customers, helping the customers and partners to realize the initials start-up ideas to final competitive products to thermostat markets. Having more than 50% of ODM market share, we’re welcome any small or big players to discuss the innovations and contribution to the HVAC industry.
Thermostat OEM
As E-top never sells any own branding, we help most distributors, superstores, Amazon stores to create their own thermostat brand, this includes the silk print on the product, customized user guide with local languages, color boxes with customer’s information. In specific, the OEM scope could involve below ways.
LOGO &Package:Logo, insturction and color box canbe customized.
Software:Thermsotat’s control logic can becustomized
Hardware:If request functions need to changecurrent layout or PCB design, we cancustomzied for you.
Industrial Design:Personal Thermostat Industrialdesign can be customzied.
In most cases, the market only chose the single logo customization with E-Top standard software. It’s also applicable to modify the PCB or even mechanical (a small modification) to meet the different targets. A MOQ of 300PCS are required to do the thermostat OEM.
Thermostat ODM
The ODM service are main export service and our core values in the past 20 years. Different with any other competitors , E-Top is using the most strict Automation Standard IATF 16959 for the project development and quality control.
FEMA
Analysis the potential risk could happen during the current design of new products, the structural design, hardware design, software design, and other potential risks that mayoccur in the production process.
APQP
Full testing plan for new product verification, including EMC,
EMI, LVD, wireless communication, technical datas, and package drop and vibration test.
PPAP
Refers to providing samples and necessary information, such as PTAP, control plan, flow chart, toclients for recognition and approval.

Environment lab
It’s not easy to test the thermostat in southern China especially the heating system.
So how to deal with issue?
Eventually, we created a laboratory with a cold storage (50 m²) to test the accuracy of the thermostat control. We are proud to be only Chinese thermostat manufacturer having this property.
The laboratory is made of thermal insulation materials, it is a large freezer that plays the role of nature (the temperature of the cold storage varies from -20°C to 0°C).We built a real wooden house inside the freezer. Inside the hosue, electric heating film, water pipes are installed under the floor; radiators are installed on wall. By this way, all our developed thermostat can test anytime.
We’re placing multiple sensors for reading the different position’s temperature and these data are acquired real-time to the Modbus PC. The accuracy of the temperature is the key factor for the thermostat performance, so lab performs an extreme important role in our whole R&D process.
